Description
High-Visibility ANSI A5 Sandy Nitrile Cut-Resistant Injected TPR Impact Work Gloves (TPR-202)
TPR-202 is a practical choice for workers who need cut protection, back-of-hand impact protection, and reliable grip in one glove. The injected TPR construction is smoother than separately sewn TPR parts and is also suitable for developing fully coated glove designs.
The pictured TPR-202 is palm coated. Its knitted back is exposed, so this version is not waterproof. Everpro can discuss a fully coated construction when waterproof performance is required.

II. Detailed Product Features
1. Injected TPR Without Sewing Lines
The TPR is injected directly onto the knitted back. No separate stitching is required, so there are no TPR sewing lines or related needle holes.
2. Flexible Back-of-Hand Protection
Separated TPR sections follow hand movement and help reduce impact to the fingers, knuckles, back of the hand, and thumb.
3. ANSI A5 Cut-Resistant Liner
The nylon, HPPE, and steel-fiber liner meets ANSI A5. It helps protect workers when handling sharp-edged industrial parts. The glove is cut-resistant, not cut-proof.
4. Sandy Nitrile Grip
The textured palm helps users hold tools, pipes, and components in dry, wet, or oily conditions. This palm-coated version is not suitable for oil immersion.
5. Reinforced Thumb Crotch
The blue-green reinforcement protects the area between the thumb and index finger, where repeated gripping often causes early wear.
6. High-Visibility Design
The bright lime liner makes the glove easier to see in mining, construction, and industrial work areas.
7. Suitable for Full-Coated Development
Because injected TPR does not rely on stitched-on parts, Everpro can use this construction when developing fully coated versions. Waterproof claims require a continuous coating and the appropriate test.

III. Product Applications

– Mining equipment operation and maintenance
– Oilfield tools, hoses, valves, and pipe handling
– Heavy machinery repair
– Construction and scaffold tube handling
– Metal parts and rough material handling
– Industrial assembly and general maintenance
IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. Is TPR-202 cut-proof?
No. It is specified as ANSI A5 cut-resistant. Users should select gloves according to the actual cutting hazard.
Q2. What does EN 388 4X44EP mean?
It indicates abrasion level 4, tear level 4, puncture level 4, ISO cut level E, and an impact-test pass. The final certificate must match the ordered glove.
Q3. Why is injected TPR better for this design?
It attaches directly to the liner without separate sewing lines or stitch holes. This gives the glove a cleaner, smoother, and more comfortable structure.
Q4. Is the glove waterproof?
No. The pictured version is palm-coated and has an exposed knitted back. Ask Everpro about a fully coated version if waterproofing is required.
Q5. Is it suitable for oily work?
The sandy nitrile palm provides useful grip when handling oily parts. It is not designed for prolonged oil immersion or chemical protection.
Q6. Can Everpro customize the glove?
Yes. We can discuss TPR, liner, and coating colors, size combinations, logos, labels, and packaging for qualifying OEM orders.
Q7. Can I request a sample?
Yes. Tell us whether you need a standard or customized sample. We will confirm availability, sample time, and shipping terms.
Q8. What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide quantity, size breakdown, destination country, color, logo artwork, packaging, and required test documents.
