Description
TPR-101 Sandy Nitrile Impact Gloves: Specifications, Features & Applications
Flexible 15-gauge sandy nitrile-coated gloves with segmented TPR protection for mechanical, construction, and material-handling work
TPR-102 combines a flexible 15-gauge nylon liner with a black sandy nitrile palm coating and segmented yellow TPR pads across the back of the hand. The textured nitrile surface supports secure handling of tools, hoses, components, and materials, including parts with light oil contamination.
The segmented TPR layout follows hand movement while helping cushion the fingers, knuckles, back of hand, and thumb against incidental contact. A reinforced area between the thumb and index finger improves durability in a common high-wear zone.
The breathable knitted construction and flexible coating make TPR-101 suitable for mechanics, construction workers, warehouse teams, and industrial material handlers who need grip, hand movement, and additional back-of-hand protection.

II. Detailed Product Features
1. Flexible 15-Gauge Nylon Liner
The fine knitted liner follows the shape of the hand and supports natural finger movement during repetitive work.
2. Sandy Nitrile Grip Surface
The granular nitrile finish increases surface friction and supports controlled handling of tools, hoses, blocks, and mechanical components.
3. Good Performance for Oily-Parts Handling
The sandy nitrile coating maintains useful grip when handling components with light oil contamination. The glove is not intended for prolonged oil immersion.
4. Segmented TPR Back Protection
Flexible TPR pads cover the fingers, knuckles, back of hand, and thumb to help reduce the force of incidental bumps and contact.
5. Reinforced Thumb Crotch
Additional nitrile reinforcement between the thumb and index finger supports durability where gripping and friction commonly cause wear.
6. Flexible, Articulated Design
Separated TPR sections bend with the hand and help avoid unnecessary restriction during gripping and tool operation.
7. Knitted Wrist Cuff
The elastic cuff helps keep the glove in position and reduces the entry of loose dirt and debris.
8. OEM Customization
Glove colors, TPR colors, printed logos, labels, and packaging can be adapted for wholesale and private-label orders.
